“The company was initially established with an authorized capital of NPR 50 million, issued capital of NPR 38.3 million, and paid-up capital of NPR 26.8 million. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution passed by a Special General Meeting, the proposal to increase the capital was approved. Accordingly, the authorized capital has been increased to NPR 500 million, the issued capital to NPR 350 million, while the paid-up capital remains NPR 26.8 million. The balance shares amounting to NPR 323.19 million remain in reserve.”
