Despite its natural, cultural, and historical wealth, inadequate management of resources has constrained the country’s economic development. In this context, with agriculture providing livelihoods for over 60% of the population and contributing approximately 24% to the nation’s gross domestic product, the sustainable, modern, and prosperous development of the agricultural sector has become essential. 

It is with great pride that we announce the establishment of Asian Smart Agro Company Limited (ASACL). ASACL comprises a group of highly reputed professionals and business experts committed to advancing the agricultural sector through innovation, expertise, and strategic initiatives. 

The Company was duly incorporated and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar on 17th Poush 2082, and subsequently obtained its operating license on 12th Magh 2082, in full compliance with the prevailing laws and regulatory requirements.

Our new journey has begun with a clear vision to contribute to the development of a sustainable, modern, and prosperous agricultural sector. We are committed to empowering farmers and stakeholders through modern technology, technical guidance, and access to markets. Recognizing agriculture not only as a profession but as the backbone of our economy, we aim to increase productivity, strengthen value chains, and modernize the overall agricultural sector. 

As a newly established company, we are focused on building trust, fostering partnerships, and creating opportunities. We look forward to your support as we embark on this journey to achieve sustainable progress and prosperity in the agricultural sector.
